It sure looks like if you do DUI's, you will be targeted for lawsuits, publicity and all sorts of innuendo. This is like the third or fourth DUI writer facing all sorts of accusations.
Have they done anything wrong? There's a process for determining allegations of misconduct and the process should move forward.
