Chicago police Tasered a Hyde Park man after he stabbed an officer in the leg during a domestic disturbance at the man's home.
The unidentified officer suffered only a minor stab wound and was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital, where he was treated and released, police said.
Officers were called about 11:20 a.m. Wednesday to Jason Johnson's home in the 5100 block of South University Avenue. His mother was seeking help in getting her son a psychiatric evaluation, police said.
