Can you imagine getting on at 31st St. and getting off at Roosevelt Rd. but you gotta pay a finn or a sawbuck?? We figure when he's done selling everything (including the bottled stink he stole from some dogshit) he'll present another nonsensical monetary offer a 5th Av. & Cicero whore would be ashamed to accept then turn around and blame the "ungrateful & greedy" Police who should be glad to have a job and honored to take an ongoing attempted contractual ass-fucking from him & his minions.

And what's this about Daley claiming the budget is balanced for the next three years and he has a $350 million "rainy day fund" to cover shortfalls? Hey Shortshanks? It's pouring. Where's our goddamn contract?
