Someone please tell us that the Policy Group isn't getting Department Commendations for setting up the Superintendent's "Speaker Series"?
If they can create a "Perfect Attendance Award," an "Appearance Award," and even a "Pipe Band Award," can't they create some "House Mouse Award" or a "Party Organizer with a Gun Award?"
Why cheapen an award that is actually supposed to recognize excellence in Police work? Yes, we know it's been done before, but it was wrong then and it's wrong now.
