Can anyone verify if this is true?
- 20 Year OLD RECRUIT IS CURRENTLY IN THE ACADEMY ?!?!
The CPD has only hired 60 recruits this year as of 16 April 2010. ALL of the recruits are at least 25 years old since it has been several years since the last entrance exam.
HOWEVER, there is one male recruit; J.P. who was only 20 YEARS OLD on 16 April when he started his first day!!!
He is now 21.
He would have been 17 when the last exam was given – WAY too young!!!!!
What gives???
Does anyone have the rundown?
Perhaps POULOS Construction has something to do with it???

True or not? Inquiring minds want to know if Shortshanks and J-Fled are circumventing hiring rules again for the clouted ones.
UPDATE: We've been contacted by a number of people, inside and outside of the Department, who relate this is a clerical error and the recruit in question is actually 25 with relatives on the job. They also aren't related to the construction company magnates, which is too bad since we're looking for a decent contractor at the moment.
