- Just got out of meeting, the city is looking to privatize forensic services, because we are not being utilized enough! That being said please call us for prints,or whatever you need so we can keep our positions. We are only to happy to respond thanks to CPD officers!
This would seem to being up a whole bunch of chain of custody issues. And who else are they going to subcontract it to? Are there actually private forensics companies? Or is this something they'll try to farm out to the State Police Crime Lab?
