• As a citizen of the City of Chicago, I contacted the Independent Police Review Authority (IPRA) and filed a formal complaint against one Jody P. WEIS charging cowardice and inattention to duty as a result of his failure to respond to aid his fellow police officers on the shootings and homicide on S. Marshfield Ave. in 007.
