Why did they stop it so soon? This could have cleared the overcrowding even further:

• At least 11 Cook County Jail inmates were treated for stabbing injuries after a fight broke out at breakfast early this morning, authorities said.
  
  Five of the injured inmates were taken to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries and six were treated at Cermak Hospital at the jail complex, said Brittney Blair, a spokeswoman for the Cook County Sheriff's police.
  
  No guards were hurt, she said.

So since these are all Aggravated Batteries within the geographical boundaries of the 010 District, will 010 be getting a new Commander soon? Just wondering.
