More to be Demoted?

Accountability? Or just more games?

• 7 shot in 011, commander gets demoted;
• 6 shot in 015, nothing happens....yet;
• 2 dead in 014, who bears the blame?

And we're looking at a weather report that has mid-to-upper 80s, maybe even a 90 or three coming up. August could be as messy as July was.

UPDATE: interesting comment:

• In Chicago this July, 42 people were shot and killed, while an additional 183 were shot and wounded
  
  In Afghanistan, 47 U S military were killed and an additional 199 were wounded.
  
  Wrap your head around that for a second...
  42 killed here, 47 there.
  183 wounded here, 199 there.
  
  Now for the incredible part...
  Chicago's numbers are for 1 to 30 July.
  Afghanistan's are for the entire year 2009!

We know the Chicago numbers are true. Can anyone cite the sources for the Afghanistan numbers?
